Meet Our Leaders Behind every successful school is a leadership team that leads with vision, care, and commitment.

At Falcon Academy, our assistant principals play a key role in shaping the learning experience, supporting our teachers, and partnering with families to help every student thrive.

In our Primary Years Programme (PYP), Asmaa Alashqar and Sevil Moore serve as Assistant Principals, guiding our youngest learners through inquiry-based education that builds curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Tony Sarver serves as Assistant Principal for our Middle Years Programme (MYP), helping students grow into critical thinkers and responsible young leaders.

Habibe Aksoy serves as Assistant Principal for Advanced Academic Programs (AAP), supporting our students’ academic journey.

As an IB Candidate School, Falcon Academy is committed to high-quality education rooted in Islamic values. Our leadership team works closely with faculty, staff, and parents to uphold this mission and to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where every child feels seen and encouraged.
