The admissions office begins processing the received forms depending on the availability of space and upon reviewing all the checklist items, including reviewing standardized test results and any planned placement test/interview for new students, parents will receive the decision letter and contract electronically.

Student Tuition
Falcon Academy values family unity and offers discounted tuition for additional siblings. While specific details will be provided upon inquiry, our sibling discount structure is designed to support families:

Book and Technology Fees
Annual fee of $600 per student.
This annual fee includes access to essential learning materials and a range of technology resources—such as laptops, educational apps, systems, and digital tools—designed to provide our students with a modern, engaging, and innovative learning experience.
Payment Options
For your convenience, Falcon Academy offers the following clear tuition payment options:
- 10-Month Installments: Spread your annual tuition into ten convenient monthly payments (August 2025 through May 2026)
- 2 installments (August 2025 and January 2026)
- Pay in full by July 1, 2025 – receive a 5% discount.
Optional Programs & Services
To further support and simplify the daily routines of our families, Falcon Academy offers a variety of optional programs and services designed for convenience and enrichment:
- Extended Care (EC) Program:
Offered for all grades, providing supervised care before and after school hours.- A.M. Care: 7:00-8:00 ($1,500/academic year)
- P.M. Care: 3:30-6:30 ($5,980/academic year)
- AM & PM Care: 7:00-8:00 & 3:30-6:30 ($7,480/academic year)
- Note to Parents: Extended Care does not operate on Federal Government holidays, when the Federal Government is closed due to inclement weather or during summer break. On days when Loudoun County schools and The Falcon Academy School are closed but the Federal Government is open, our EC is open on an 8 a.m.-5 p.m. schedule.
- School Lunch Program: Provides healthy and delicious food options, including vegetarian meals, from trusted local providers.
- Yearbook: An annual publication capturing school memories, typically available for purchase each spring.
- Bus Transportation: Transportation is available to a limited number of areas at an annual cost of $2,500.
- Enrichment Programs
Subject to availability and interest, the enrichment programs are led by highly qualified educators, students are placed in classes based on their grade level and teachers differentiate instruction to ensure that each student is supported and challenged appropriately, allowing all learners to grow and progress with confidence.
Morning Schedule:
A.M: 7:00-8:00 ($225/month)
- Quran Memorization
Afternoon Schedule:
P.M: 3:30-5:30 ($450/month)
1st Period:
- 2 days conversational Arabic.
- 3 days focus on coding/robotics, drones, public speaking, or visual arts. Focus area changes every 3-6 weeks.
2nd Period:
- 3 days soccer.
- 2 days focus on basketball, swimming, or volleyball. Focus area changes every 4-6 weeks.

What differentiates Falcon Academy campus?

Is transportation available?
Yes, a limited number of options will be available for transportation to and from the school. Stay tuned for more specific information.
Who will be teaching at Falcon Academy?
We successfully hired top teachers from KAA with 55% holding a master’s degree and 95% trained in the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, bringing both depth and academic excellence to every classroom.
Will you follow the same curriculum as KAA?
We plan to implement a similar level of Arabic and Islamic immersion and education as KAA. However, we are actively developing an enhanced curriculum in partnership with leadership and other experts, which will include department heads and senior teaching staff members.
Is the school financially stable?
Yes. Falcon Academy’s founding team is well-rounded, including members with a strong background in finance and long-term financial planning is in place. The team also has strong capabilities to re-invest in the school. We are committed to sustainable growth and staff investment.
