Pay the non-refundable new student application fee of $150 for each child using your preferred Credit Card through the integrated secure payment gateway.

Parents are to assemble and submit the requested items listed in the assigned Tasks and upload all the required documents online.

The admissions office begins processing the received forms depending on the availability of space and upon reviewing all the checklist items, including reviewing standardized test results and any planned placement test/interview for new students, parents will receive the decision letter and contract electronically

Tuition and Fees (2026-2027)

Student Tuition

Falcon Academy values family unity and offers discounted tuition for additional siblings. While specific details will be provided upon inquiry, our sibling discount structure is designed to support families:

Books and Technology Fees

Annual fee of $600 per student.

This annual fee includes books, access to essential learning materials and a range of technology resources—such as laptops, educational apps, systems, and digital tools—designed to provide our students with a modern, engaging, and innovative learning experience.

Payment Options

For your convenience, Falcon Academy offers the following clear tuition payment options:

  • 10-Month Installments: Spread your annual tuition into ten convenient monthly payments (August 15, 2026 through May 15, 2027) 
  • 2 installments (August 15, 2026, and January 15, 2027)
  • Pay in full by August 1, 2026 – receive a 5% discount.

Optional Services

Falcon Academy offers a variety of optional services designed for convenience and enrichment:

  • Bus Transportation: Transportation is available to a limited number of areas at an annual cost of $2,500.
  • School Lunch Program: Provides healthy and delicious food options, including vegetarian meals.
  • Yearbook: An annual publication capturing school memories, typically available for purchase each spring.

Optional Extended Care Program (EC) 

Falcon Academy offers supervised care after school for all grade levels, providing a safe, engaging environment for students beyond regular school hours.

  • Important Notes for Parents
    • Student participation in scheduled offerings is optional. If a student chooses not to join a scheduled activity, they may use the time for reading, studying, or completing homework.
    • Program offerings may vary depending on weather conditions and teachers’ availability.
    • The Extended Care (EC) Program will not operate on days when Falcon Academy is closed.

FAQs

Which grades are open for 2026-2027 and can my child transfer from a public school? +
We are currently enrolling students from Kindergarten through Grade 11.

Public School Transfers: Absolutely. We welcome transfers and provide a dedicated support system to help students bridge the gap between traditional curriculum and our IB (PYP/MYP) inquiry-based framework.
How do I apply and what does the $150 fee cover? +
Applications are processed exclusively through the Edumagined online portal.

The $150 non-refundable fee covers the administrative review of records, placement interviews, and assessment processing to ensure a perfect fit for your child.
Where are the campuses located and what are the safety standards? +
Chantilly (KG–G5): Dedicated primary learner facility.
Ashburn (G6–G12): Focused on Middle and High School needs.

Security: Both are “Closed Campuses” with perimeter fencing, professional security guards, and advanced surveillance systems.
What is the tuition and are there any “combined” discounts? +
Annual tuition is $13,350. We offer a $450 sibling discount. You can combine Financial Aid with Legacy or Referral discounts, provided the non-sibling total doesn’t exceed $1,000.
How does the Falcon Family Support Program (FFSP) work? +
The FFSP provides need-based grants. We follow a Need-Blind policy, so aid requests never affect admission. Apply via SSS (Code 201332) after an enrollment offer is made.
What are the payment plans available? +
1. Lump Sum: 5% discount if paid by Aug 1, 2026.
2. Semi-Annual: Installments in August and January.
3. Monthly: 10-month plan (August – May).
How do Busing and Campus Shuttles work? +
Complimentary Shuttle: Free service between Chantilly and Ashburn for families with multiple children.
Regional Transportation: Available for $2,500/year, covering key Northern Virginia areas.
What is Extended Care (EC) and are there lunch programs? +
Extended Care (EC): Supervised after-school support for homework and reading.

Lunch: Pre-ordered monthly meal service for healthy, convenient nutrition.
Who will be teaching my child and how does the IB curriculum work? +
Teachers: 100% IB-trained; 55% hold Master’s degrees.

The IB: Inquiry-based learning (PYP/MYP) that develops global awareness and high-level critical thinking for university readiness.
How do you support student success and track individual progress? +
Support: Reaches 40% of students through after-school and weekend help.

Tracking: MAP testing 3x yearly and 24/7 Blackbaud access for parents to monitor grades.
How are Arabic and Islamic values integrated into the daily schedule? +
Arabic: Multi-level tracks focused on conversational fluency.

Values: Daily Dhuhr prayer and faith-based integration into academic “Units of Inquiry.”
