1. Agreement to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number to Falcon Academy, you agree to receive recurring automated messages including school updates, emergency alerts, and administrative notifications. Consent to receive SMS is not a requirement for enrollment but is highly recommended for timely updates.

2. Program Scope

The Falcon Academy SMS program covers critical communications regarding our Ashburn and Chantilly campuses, including but not limited to: weather delays, event invitations (Founding Family Dinner, Spelling Bee), and financial aid/support program deadlines.

3. Rates and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile plan, your carrier may charge for messages received. Message frequency varies based on school events and urgent administrative needs.

4. Help & Support

To receive assistance with our messaging program, reply to any text with the keyword “HELP“. You may also contact our administration directly:

5. Unsubscribe / Opt-Out

If you wish to stop receiving messages from Falcon Academy, text the keyword “STOP” to our number at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
