The Falcon Family Support Program is designed to bridge the gap between a family’s resources and the cost of tuition, ensuring our community remains vibrant, inclusive, and excellence-driven.

✓ Need-Based Focus Awards are granted based on demonstrated financial necessity, ensuring support reaches those who need it most.

✓ Scope of Support Support applies to base tuition only. Fees for registration, books, uniforms, and transportation are excluded.

How to Apply

We partner with SSS (Student and School Success) to provide a fair and confidential evaluation.

1. Access the Family Portal

Begin your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) on the SSS platform.

Route your report correctly to Falcon Academy using our unique identifier:

3. Submit Documentation

Upload required tax documents (W-2s, 1040s). Note: The portal closes on July 1. Late applications are considered only on a case-by-case basis if funds remain available.

General Questions
Does Falcon Academy offer financial aid? +
Yes. The Falcon Family Support Program (FFSP) provides need-based grants. These are direct credits toward tuition, not loans, and do not need to be repaid.
Does applying for aid affect my child’s admission? +
No. Our admissions process is “need-blind.” We evaluate students based on their merit and fit for the academy before considering financial need.
Is my information private? +
Yes. Your financial data is handled through the secure SSS portal and is only visible to the Falcon Academy Financial Aid Committee.
Eligibility & Factors
Who should apply? +
Any family who feels that the full tuition is beyond their reach is encouraged to apply.
What factors are considered? +
SSS looks at total income, assets, family size, and “unusual expenses” (such as medical bills or tuition for other children).
Application & Deadlines
How and when do I apply for financial support? +
Submit an application through the SSS portal using school code 201332 by July 1. Note: The process begins only after your child has successfully completed all admission requirements and has been issued an official offer of enrollment.
Do I need to apply every year? +
Yes. Because financial situations can change, families must submit a new application each academic year to remain eligible. Continued eligibility also depends on the student maintaining satisfactory grades and good conduct.
When will I hear back? +
Financial aid decisions are typically released alongside admission decisions for new students and during the spring re-enrollment period for current students.
What if I miss the deadline? +
Funds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Late applications are reviewed only if funds remain available.
Policies & Requirements
Can I combine financial aid with other discounts? +
Yes, per our Discount Combination Policy, you may combine Financial Aid with the Legacy Voucher, Sibling, or Referral discounts. However, the total combined discount amount cannot exceed $1,000 (excluding the Sibling Discount).
Do I need to have my aid approved before picking a payment plan? +
Yes. Your financial aid application must be submitted and formally approved before you finalize your Tuition Payment Plan for the school year.
Can my financial aid be adjusted mid-year? +
No, awards are final. Adjustments are only considered for extreme, unforeseen hardships and require a formal Finance Committee review.
What are the requirements to maintain financial aid? +
To remain eligible, students must maintain satisfactory academic performance and good conduct. Aid may be revoked if school policies or behavioral expectations are not met.
