Admissions Policy


Introduction

Faith-based and value-driven, Falcon Academy integrates Islamic principles into its educational philosophy while welcoming and respecting students of all faiths.

The school’s programs are rooted in universal values such as compassion, integrity, and responsibility, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for all learners.


Admissions Statement

FA will admit all students, on a space-available basis, and will not discriminate against any pupil on the basis of the characteristics listed in Education Code Section 220:

actual or perceived disability, gender, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code or association with an individual who has any of the aforementioned characteristics.

FA complies with applicable state laws pertaining to student admission and enrollment.

There is no District residency requirement for the student or for the student’s parent or guardian.


Special Education and Inclusion

From the second year, FA is open to all students including those with special education needs and will support the administration of Special Education services.
