Halimah Mohammed – Homeroom Teacher

We’re delighted to welcome Ms. Halimah Mohammed to our team as a Homeroom Teacher!

Ms. Halimah is an educator deeply committed to supporting learner growth through a blend of inquiry-based instruction and culturally responsive practice.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a Master’s in Educational Psychology and Cognitive Science from Teachers College at Columbia University. Her work experience is grounded in research-based approaches to teaching and learning, with a particular focus on reading and math intervention. Ms. Halimah strives to create inclusive, supportive classrooms that reflect high expectations and respect for each learner’s identity and potential.

We’re confident that Ms. Halimah’s expertise and dedication will be a remarkable asset to our learners and school community. Welcome aboard!
