About the Role

We’re seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join Falcon Academy’s dynamic learning community. The role is focused on delivering high-quality education, fostering student growth, and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative school culture that values academic excellence, creativity, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet curriculum and IB standards.

• Use varied teaching methods and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.

• Assess and monitor student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations.

• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom that encourages curiosity, respect, and responsibility.

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support each student’s development.

• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and accreditation preparations.

• Support students in key projects such as the PYP Exhibition, MYP Personal Project, and DP assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Previous teaching experience and knowledge of IB curriculum are an advantage.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and IT skills (Google Suite proficiency required).

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and safeguarding student well-being.
